Impact is excited to announce a new permit for our Palmerton, PA facility.  This permit allows the beneficial reuse of oil and gas well drill cuttings as part of the earthen cap of the Former New Jersey Zinc West Plant, a 130-acre PADEP Act 2 Remediation Site.  Dilling Waste Codes Acceped are PADEP Residual Waste Codes: 506, 801, 803, 807,810.
