100% Compliance Record – Lyndhurst Class B – 2012.

Impact is proud to announce that it received notification from the Department of Environmental Protection that its Lyndhurst Reuse and Recovery Center was in full compliance for 2012. In a letter dated January 22, 2013, the Department indicated that, “All inspections are closed and no violations were found” at the Class B Facility for the 2012 calendar year. This was no easy task for a facility with such a complex history.
