Historic Reclamation Site Reimagined

July 10, 2025

Momentum in Motion

Impact Environmental’s real estate division, Solid Ground Capital Partners, LLC, is proud to announce the successful sale of 700 Savage Road in Northampton, Pennsylvania.

The 65-acre Lehigh Valley development site was formerly the Atlas Quarry, once the source of hydraulic cement for the construction of the Panama Canal. This is another successful quarry reclamation project for Impact Environmental in the region, converting underutilized land into economically productive assets.

The site is now beginning a new transformation: development of a 357,840 square-foot Class A industrial warehouse, with construction set to begin in Q2 2025. We’re thrilled to see the completion of this transaction and look forward to seeing this site reach its full potential.

Congratulations to the future developer, Hanover Company, and a special thank you to Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group for their work on this deal.
