Redevelopment for AZ Recreational Activities & Community Events

We’re proud to announce the rebranding of our facility at 16083 N 75th Avenue in Peoria, AZ as the Solid Ground Arena! 🏟️
When Impact Environmental acquired this building, it was showing signs of environmental fatigue, including indoor air quality concerns common in older commercial structures. Leveraging our environmental expertise, we restored and revitalized the space to create a healthy, vibrant arena for community use.
The name Solid Ground Arena reflects our company’s commitment to environmental responsibility, stability, and meaningful reuse by transforming underutilized properties into spaces that serve the public good.
Today, the arena is proudly operated by Impact Environmental to support local sports, recreation, and community events including youth roller hockey and wellness programs.
