Data Collection and Tabulation
There are typically many sources of information with respect to the nature of any waste. There is the data the generator of the waste has — and then there is the data the generator needs — for proper waste disposal. EDEN performs the leg-work to collect everything needed to start and complete your project successfully. Whether it’s records about the location of former tanks at a property or detailed information about an industrial waste production method – our team has the necessary knowledge and experience.
Where additional testing is required, we can employ our team of field scientists to collect surface or subsurface samples for laboratory analysis. We provide accurate testing by employing a systematic gridding method that divides a construction or remedial site into zones, that are a function of the current and past uses of the property. Think of our team as a data valet that understands the intricacies of laboratory data, computer databases and regulatory records.
Data Analysis for Disposal, Reuse and Transport
When all the data has been compiled, EDEN will properly sort organize and vet the data for quality assurance and quality control and then scan it into digital format for tabulation. Our team can typically process a major set of data overnight, where other companies need weeks. After all of the data is tabulated, EDEN allocates wastes (soil, debris or rock) for management within our facility network. Where a waste cannot be managed in-house, we will identify a vetted third-party facility for our clients. Typically we are able to reduce liability by recycling wastes and reintroducing it as a safe, beneficial product. Our clients receive a detailed Waste Management Plan that details how the waste will be handled, loaded, transported and how it can be used in its future environment. EDEN details how it will safely be removed with minimal exposure to workers. We then put boots on the ground to supervise its removal, handling and loading onto transport vehicles. An Impact Environmental staff technician remains on-site to witness the procedure and may even secure the vehicle load with a security seal to prevent any unauthorized tampering.
Quoting and Contract Preparation
Quick, simple, accurate pricing. That’s a commitment you can quote us on. We provide real proposals for real work, with no hidden quotes in our pricing structure. In addition to pollution liability insurance, every waste classification project we undertake carries a $25,000,000 comprehensive insurance policy. This includes Professional Errors and Omissions and Contractors Pollution Liability. That means you will never have to pay twice.
Documenting the Work
Documentation is critical to ensure liability reduction and accountability long after the project is completed. We know exactly which conditions need to be met and evidenced. Through EDEN, we engage a variety of proprietary methods and techniques to fully document:
• Vetting of projects
• Handling of samples
• Loading of wastes
• Actions of transport vehicles, weights and measures at the facilities
• The point where waste becomes a product (cessation of waste)
