We’re proud to share that the 13-12 Beach Channel Drive project has been recognized for the 2025 Big Apple Brownfield Award in the category of Sustainable Building Design by the NYC Brownfield Partnership!  🏆

This transformative 8-story development brings 147 new permanent affordable housing units and 100 shelter beds for single adults to the Far Rockaway community. Designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities criteria, the project emphasizes maximum energy and water efficiency, resilient and health-conscious building materials, and accessible green space including landscaped outdoor areas, street trees, and bike storage. 🌿
